Refunds or replacements are only provided for items that are damaged in transit or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage.
An order is considered lost if it has not arrived within 30 days of the shipping date.
Once an order has shipped, delivery times are dependent on the carrier and are outside of my control.
